In May of 2019, I graduated from St. Norbert College -- a small liberal arts school in De Pere, Wisconsin -- with a B.S. in biomedical science. Under Dr. Eric Lewellyn, I performed molecular research on the dynamics of the WASP/Myosin complex using Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Schizosaccharomyces pombe as model organisms (yay beer and bread!). Hoping to shift focus to human-relevant research, I moved out to the west coast and joined the Marson Lab. In the coming years, I will apply to graduate school. I have a knack for traveling and being outdoors (running, backpacking, beach volleyball, lacrosse...). You may also find me singing early 2000s music or in the solace of a good book (or sometimes a bad one).
